Questions we hear before the first call
What does a project cost?
Every project has a fixed price. After a 30 minute call we scope the work and send a written quote within 48 hours. The Identity Health Check is the smallest engagement, and its fee is credited toward your next project if you sign within 30 days.
Will you need admin access to our tenant?
Yes, but only what each task requires. We work from separate named accounts, with written authorization, and remove access at handover.
How long does a tenant migration take?
Most take three to eight weeks, depending on the number of users, mailbox size and how much lives in Teams and SharePoint.
We already have an IT team or a provider.
Good. Identra works next to them on the identity, migration or automation work they lack time or experience for, and hands over runbooks so they can run it afterwards.
Do you work with teams in other countries?
Yes. Delivery is remote, and we schedule calls and cutover windows in your time zone.
